When checking in for the Polar Plunge you must bring the following items:
- Registration form & signed waiver (if you did not register online)
- Cash and check donations (each team member must have raised a minimum of $75)
- Any Employer Matching Gift Form (forms can also be submitted online)
When you check-in for the Polar Plunge, you will choose from available plunge times for your team. Time slots begin at 11:15am.
CHOOSE YOUR PLUNGE SONG
This year, DJ TDogg will be DJ’ing the Polar Plunge. Your Plunge team will be able to pick a song to Plunge to and submit it to our DJ. All songs must be submitted when you check-in at one of the Early Event Check-Ins (not available during day of check-in). Choose a song that fits your team’s jump theme and costume, but remember this is a family event (non-explicit music only).

Shuttles & Parking at Black River Beach

This shuttle is free for everyone – Plungers, Volunteers, and Spectators! Free parking will be available near the Black River Beach in the Boat Landing Parking Lot on Clinton Street. The Black River Beach Neighborhood Center parking lot will be reserved for VIP & Accessible Parking only.
